How could I get the samples? A: We can supply some free samples ( total value under ten US dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight How much the courier freight will be for the samples? A: Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples. How can I get your price list? A: Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package ? A: Yes. Logo and company name could be printed on our products by silk screen printing. All quotation we offered would be include1color 1 position logo printing. You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG, PDF, ai ,cdr, eps, or TIFF format etc. If you want your logo, company name to be printed on the package for the products, such as gift box, paper card, the minimum order is 3000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format ( 300 dpi ). How to place an order? A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: What's your usual payment term for orders? A: T/T(Telegraphic Transfer), At least 30% down payment, the balance must be paid before shipment. How can the products to be sent to us? A: For small quantity or weight less than 20 kgs, sent usually by courier. For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you. For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port) Can you arrange the transportation for us ? A:Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. Do you accept OEM projects? A: Yes, OEM projects are welcome. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what shoul I do? A: Unfortunately we are wholesaler and we don't accept retail order, sorry for unconvenient caused How long will take to receive my order? DOMESTIC TRANSIT TIME • We ship within 24 hours of payment
received, excepting when embroidery is ordered or
when payment is made by personal check. DOMESTIC TRACKING • USPS is a very reliable and economical method of shipping. While we can confirm our date of shipping, the USPS does not provide a tracking code and, as such, we cannot track your purchase en route. We do, however, insure your items against loss. If tracking is important to you, we encourage you to ship via our USPS Express Mail option. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD • We ship USPS Airmail; for faster delivery, you may elect to ship USPS Express Airmail INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIME • We ship within 24 hours of payment
being received; excepting when embroidery 's
ordered INTERNATIONAL DUTIES / TAXES • We are required by law to accurately
list the contents and price of your purchases.
Your purchases may be subject to duties and or
taxes. You, the buyer, are responsible for any
duties, taxes and customs changes. INTERNATIONAL TRACKING • We can confirm our date of shipment. USPS Airmail does not provide a ?°tracking?± code and, as such, we cannot track your purchase en route. If tracking is important, we encourage you to ship via our USPS Express Mail How long will it take to get an item embroidered? Most items purchased from Sophia’s Style Boutique can be personally embroidered for $8 per item. Please allow 7 days after cleared payment for items to be personally embroidered. Please note that we cannot accept returns for embroidered items. Do you have a size chart? Do your items run true to size? To ensure the perfect fit, we have included the exact measurements of each item within the description. How do we return an item We accept returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase. To ensure a refund, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash or simply did not hold up well after being worn. We urge that, upon receipt, you immediately verify size and item integrity and that you carefully read the care instructions prior to cleaning. Shipping fees are non refundable. All sales are final after 14 days. I would like to purchase / bid on more items. Can I wait to pay for them all together and combine shipping? We offer combined shipping for items purchased and suctions won within a 7 day period. To take advantage of this offer, please do not pay for any of your items until the 7 days has elapsed. Upon purchasing your final item, complete the secure Channel Advisor Check Out and it will generate an invoice of all your items. Your invoice, with purchases made in the 7 day time period, will reflect the combined shipping discount. |
